News reaching our desk indicate that former Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has been abducted by men driving in a Toyota Hiace famously known as Drones from his home in Wakaliga in Kampala.
The People’s Front for Freedom (PFF) president had 40 minutes ago decried security deployment and drones hovering around his home for several hours fearing he might be a target and indeed his worries and fears were right, they’ve driven him away to unknown destination.
Lukwago is the lead Counsel for incarcerated Four-time presidential candidate Dr. Kiiza Besigye and Obed Lutale who are currently facing treason charges in the Justice Emmanuel Baguma led High Court. The case is in its commencement stages.
The 15-year time Lord Mayor of Kampala had by Friday served the Attorney General and was searching for the CDF Muhoozi Kainerugaba to serve him in a case which Besigye is accusing the UPDF boss of threatening to hang him on Heroes Day on a tree in Gulu.
