The National Identification and Registrations Authority has published a list of locations where residents of Wakiso district will pick their renewed National IDs.
According to the list released by NIRA, those who were enrolled from Namugongo Division will pick their IDS at the Uganda Martyrs Catholic Shrine while those who registered from Kireka and Kasokoso will pick their IDS at St. Stephen Church of Uganda Kireka.
Those who registered from Bweyogerere Division will pick their IDs at Restful Gardens Kireka (Main hall) while IDs of Kasangati town council are issued at Masooli-Kitetika NIRA office.
Those of Kasangati (Kabubu parish) are being issued at Manyangwa Sir Apollo Church of Uganda. Busukuma Division IDs are issued at the Busukuma Division offices while those of Gombe Division are also being issued at the Gombe Division Offices (Community Hall).
For Nabweru, residents should pick theirs at the Nabweru Division offices in the hall while those of Wakiso Sub County are issued at the Good news church in Bulega town.
Renewed IDs of Wakiso town council are issued at Kayunga Catholic Church (Kayunga town) while those of Kakiri town council and Kakiri sub county are issued at the Kakiri sub-county offices (Community hall).
Those of Namayumba sub county and town council are issued at Namayumba community hall while Masulita Town council and sub county are issued at the Masuliita town council offices.
for residents who registered in Mende sub county, they will pick their IDs at the sub county offices and those of Kyengera town council will pick at the Kyengera town council offices while Nansana Division will get theirs at the Naluvule NIRA offices.
Kololo remains the main enrollment and issuance centre for those in Kampala.
