For the past three hours, news has been swirling on social media circles indicating that former Leader of Government business also former Second Deputy Prime Minister Gen. Moses Ali is reportedly under intensive care.
Details surrounding his sickness haven’t yet been disclosed to the public but the Adjumani West MP is in critical condition.
Information obtained by this publication indicate that the veteran politician was first admitted at Mulago Heart institute before being transferred to Nakasero Hospital when the situation worsened.
His family members and government remain tight lipped close sources indicate he has been sick for some time and hasn’t made any public appearance in the last one month.
Gen Moses Ali is currently the eldest Member of Parliament at 87 years whom his NRM party assigned to sit on the ICT committee of parliament after president Museveni dropped him from cabinet due to his health but instead appointed his son Siraj Ali as state Minister for Transport.
