Uganda Police detectives are again visitors at former speaker Anita Among’s Nakasero residence which they occupied over the weekend for over 16 hours while searching and collecting evidence to implicate her.
The former speaker is facing the hardest moments of her life following the collapse of the chain of power she has been using to climb up to the pinnacle of authority when her relationship with president Museveni suddenly took a huge turn and a point of no return.
While searching her other residence at Kigo, detectives are said to have recovered more items including camera’s, land titles, cash stacked in sacks and computers.
The other items harvested from her Kigo residence included her expensive Range rover with customized number place AAA3 and her brand new Rolls Royce registration number UA 426EH which as at the centre of this storm and delivered them to the police headquarters in Naguru.
Police is again loading expensive vehicles from Anita Among’s residence in Nakasero and would still deliver them to the police headquarters for safe custody as detectives continue raining misery on the powerful woman from Bukedea.
